Dear Colleagues

We have the pleasure to announce courses at a multihead microscope given by Pilsen pathologists, which will take place at the Bioptical Laboratory in Pilsen, the Czech Republic from the 25th of January to the 28th of January 2007. The courses will be organized at multihead OLYMPUS microscope (please see the picture on homepage). As the multihead microscope has altogether 22 seats, there are only 21 seats for participants.

Within these 3 days the participants will take 6 courses lasting approximately 3 hours each (2 courses a day). Slides of many hundreds of interesting cases will be shown. The topics of the courses are as follows: Pathology of the Head and Neck (Skálová), Pathology of the Skin (Kazakov), Pathology of the Breast (Kinkor), Pathology of the Urogenital Tract (Hes) and Selected Problems in Surgical Pathology I, II (Michal). All courses will be held in the English.

The course fee will be 50 Euros. The cost of accommodation amounts to 40 Euros per night in a pension and will be arranged by the organizers in the city pensions. Pathologists from Eastern Europe and Latin America may obtain a discount on the fee which will be discussed after the payment and after arrival to Pilsen. The registration requests will be recognized according to the rule "First come (paid) first served. After mid- December 2006 no money will be paid back in case of cancellation.

For pathologists arriving to the Prague airport we can arrange for the transfers which will be paid the organizers.
